Our Equinox celebration dinner starts off the evening with Gopal Slavonic’s amazing artistry on the Flamenco guitar and then an amazingly delicious Spanish inspired locally sourced dinner prepared by Chef Shanan Manuel of Sierra Farm to Table, finishing off the evening with Flan with fresh berries and then an all out dance party with the great Brazilian Samba rhythms of Sambada’.
Dinner starts at 6PM – bar opens at 5:30 serving Sierra Nevada and local wines – Lucchesi Frey and Green Truck and Aguas Frescas.
Dinner will include a 4 course dinner starting with:
Watermelon Gazpacho and Quesadilla de Manchego e Quince
Insalata Verde – with shaved beets, jicama and pickled carrots in a citrus vinaigrette
Paella al Pollo – Chicken or vegetarian. Stewed local chicken in a saffron rice with green olives, roasted peppers, onions, sun dried tomatoes and parsley.
Flan con bayas – flan with assorted seasonal berries or gluten free torta with berries.
Te, Jamaica and cafe’ included.
