Jeff, like others, I am very impressed with the quality of Sierra FoodWineArt. I don't know if it's possible but I thought you might want to see if you can drop off copies at the Ferry Building in SF. As I am sure you're aware, the markets there draw people from all over, many of whom do not know about the Sierra foothills.

Come see the Amgen on the Summer Thyme's corner at 421 Colfax Ave! Great food, great espresso drinks, and outdoor covered tables right on the corner.

My friend Mary and I visited Pilot Peak on Saturday. We tasted and bought the Syrah Port. It was just amazingly good. Also, the hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We' re telling our friends in the Bay Area to come up and try this winery with us!

Thanks Jeff for the mention of the Celebration - we hope that you will continue to help us get the work out and make this a grand event each and every year.

We (NSWCA) will be partnering with GVDA in the "Taste of the GOLD" in association with the Draft Horse Classic Event at the Fairgrounds on Sept 25th. We are planning some new twists to make it a "must do" event for all the surrounding counties... (not just another wine tasting, food event). More new later as we get our plans together.

Again - looking forward to your next article and more kudos to you and Shannon for your work on FWA!
